BULLETPROOF MIND AND BODY… CALEB: A CASE STUDY !!!!NLT] –

” I am as strong now as I was when Moses sent me on that journey, and I can still travel and fight as well as I could then.”
The above statement was made by an 85-year-old man called Caleb in the scriptures.
He declared that at the age of 85, he was as strong as he was when he was 40 years old.
Let me ask……..,
have you seen in your lifetime a man who is 84 years old, and still as strong as he was 40 years ago?
I have some questions in my mind as I ponder over the statement of Caleb…….
— Did he lie about his being as strong as 85 years old when he was 40 years old?
— If he did not lie ( which I know he told the truth), so is it that he had a special “anointing or grace to be strong at 85 years old?
— If it was not a special “anointing or grace “, so what exactly made him strong, agile and healthy to go to war at age 85 years old?
In my experience, most of the 80 years I have seen are so sickly, feeble, weak, and hardly able to walk by themselves, let alone go to war.
Caleb is a very fantastic example of a bulletproof mind and body.
And it is a very good case study.
I will send the next series of articles to point out and show how Caleb was able to maintain his mind and body even at a very “old age “.
Firstly, the word old age is relative….
Don’t forget that there was a time in this world when men and women lived almost 1000 years.
I mean many people lived more than 900 years.
Some would argue that it was because of sin that the life span was drastically reduced.
I agree perfectly with you.
However, remember that in line with the same argument, the scriptures mention that the lifespan shall be 120 years……..
Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not put up with humans for such a long time, for they are only mortal flesh. In the future, their normal lifespan will be no more than 120 years.” ( Genesis 6:3 New Living Bible).
So the minimum age should be from 100 years in health and wellness.
You will agree with me that according to the statistics from WHO, 71 out of 100 individuals alive today will die before their 69th birthday.
Back to the story about Caleb……..
The first thing I will like to point out is his mindset.
Remember the story of the 12 spies who were sent to spy on the land of Canaan in the scriptures.
Don’t forget, these 12 spies were soldiers, not just ordinary soldiers,
There were commanders, leaders of thoughts, carefully chosen.
In our day, they will be the elite of the elite special forces, like the Seal Team Six, the Delta forces, the Green Barrets or the SAS.
But, Caleb demonstrated the fact that he had a different mindset.
He had a bulletproof mindset.
One of the things we will teach you in 2025 is how to develop a bulletproof mind.
Caleb never for one day saw himself as being an old man.
He believed so strongly that age is just a question of numbers.
Beyond belief, he demonstrated it.
What will it be worth to you if we show you how to develop such a mindset?
The more I study the complexities of the human body, the more I am amazed at the capacities and the potential power of your body.
But, more importantly, the more I am amazed at the power of the mind over the body.
Did you know that more than 75 trillion cells in your body listen to your mind?
Did you know that the machinery of your mind is your brain?
This, therefore, means that your brain is the most important working tool that your mind can ever have and use.
I have yet so many things to say about the capacity and capabilities of your brain in our health classes in 2025.
Imagine what you can accomplish and become if you know how to develop a bulletproof mind that gives you the type of mindset that Caleb has.
We will continue this conversation in my next article.
