Did you know that your body is designed not to get sick? I want you to spend the next 30 seconds thinking about it.

So, let me repeat my statement again: “Did you know that your body is designed not to get sick?” So, the next question is: “Why, then, do you get sick? ” Before I help you answer the above question. Let me answer the question with a similar question: What is the origin of the disease?

The correct scientific answer to the above question is to put you in good standing to understand why you get sick and, more importantly, how not to get sick. Some people think that sickness or disease is something that no one can escape from in this world. Their reason is based on the fact that most people in the world today have been sick at one time or another in their lives. Just look around; how many people 70 years and older do you know that are in good health? They are very few, so because of that, most people conclude that sickness is inevitable.

I want to submit to you that you can and should live up to a hundred years or more in health and vitality without any fear of falling sick. Most people don’t want to live beyond 80 years because of the fear of debilitating diseases that plague old people. There’s one thing I want you to understand, which is. Your body is designed not to get sick. So, if you are sick, we will show you how to activate your body’s self-healing program. This is because your body is a self-regenerating and self-healing biological machine. Before I conclude this article, I want to tell you the origin of the disease. But, before that, according to the WHO, at least 56 million people die globally every year. Also, 71 out of every 100 people alive today will die before their 70th birthday.

What are the causes of these deaths? There are generally three causes of death

1) Infectious or communicable diseases: these are diseases that are caused by microorganisms like viruses, fungi, or protozoa bacteria that can be transmitted from one person to another, eg cholera, TB, HIV

2) Non-communicable diseases: these are diseases that are not transmitted from one person to another, e.g., Heart disease, Diabetes, Cancer, etc.

3) Accidents, trauma, and bullet injuries: this cause is self-explanatory.

The sad thing is that Non-communicable diseases account for more than 74% of total global deaths.
